BEHIRED Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Authorization Agreement

Welcome to BEHIRED.

This Agreement is entered into between Next Wave Wealth ("Platform", "BEHIRED") and registered users ("Users").

By registering, logging in, uploading resumes, submitting personal information, using AI matching services, applying for jobs, or receiving recommendations, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to this Agreement.

BEHIRED provides services including but not limited to:

• 02Resume management
• 03AI career evaluation
• 04AI job recommendation
• 05Talent matching
• 06Job notifications
• 07WhatsApp messaging
• 08Telegram messaging
• 09Career development services

The Platform may modify services as necessary.

Users represent and warrant that all submitted information is true, complete and accurate.

Users are solely responsible for all information submitted.

By uploading a resume, Users authorize the Platform to:

• 01Store resume data;
• 02Perform AI analysis;
• 03Recommend Users to verified employers;
• 04Display resumes to verified employers;
• 05Allow verified employers to view and download resumes;
• 06Use resume information for matching services.

Users may request modification, hiding or deletion of resumes.

The Platform may collect:

• 01Name
• 02Phone number
• 03Email
• 04WhatsApp number
• 05Education background
• 06Work experience
• 07Skills
• 08Resume files
• 09Platform activity data

Information is used solely for recruitment, matching, support and service improvement.

The Platform does not sell personal information.

AI scores, evaluations, recommendations and salary predictions are for reference only.

They do not constitute guarantees of employment, hiring or compensation.

Users consent to receive notifications via WhatsApp, Telegram, Email and SMS.

Users may unsubscribe at any time.

The Platform provides information and matching services only.

Employment decisions remain solely between employers and users.

Users may request account deletion and removal of personal information.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
